Journalism

I was a reporter on ITN's Channel 5 News and created and presented the science strand Today's Tomorrow on BBC London Radio and and national commercial radio. I've been a regular on The Wright Stuff and appeared on many TV and radio shows. I am a specialist arts journalist but I also write comedy colums (see Comedy page), travel pieces, thinkpieces, columns, biographies/profiles/publicity material and more. I've worked for The Independent, The Times, The Guardian, The Mirror, The Daily Mail, Time Out, and a variety of specialist publications.

I lead the journalism courses at Greenwich University (https://www.gre.ac.uk/ach/study/llt/staff/mr-simon-hardeman).
